Welcome to Our Month of Well-Being!

This month in the app, we are offering guidance, solutions, and constructive conversation around how to support and promote Well-Being in both our personal & professional lives. We welcome back returning experts Dr. Shainna Ali, a Mental Health Counselor, and Beth Ridley, a Culture/D&I Consultant, who share their expertise on nurturing Well-Being with insightful posts and excellent advice. On the 13th, Beth will host our first ever Crowd-Solving Conversation, where a diverse group of knowledgeable, experienced women contributors will share their thoughts, stories, ideas, and advice around creating workplace Well-Being with effective inclusion efforts.
